Wingreens Farms has raised ₹120 crore from a Series D fundraise led by Ashish Kacholia, with participation from Alchemy Fund. The Company has concurrently acquired 100% shareholding in Safe Harvest through a share swap transaction.

The transaction teams were led by Siddharth Bhavnani (Partner).
Surbhi Kothiala (Partner), with Associates Divyanshu Bansal, Garima Thukral, Priyanshi Aggarwal and Yashraj Chauhan advised Wingreens on the Series D fundraise.
Mehak Khanna (Partner), with Aditya Khandelwal (Principal Associate) and Arshdeep Singh (Associate) advised Wingreens on the acquisition of Safe Harvest.
Safe Harvest is a pesticide-free food brand created by Farmer Producer Organizations.
The acquisition marks a transformative milestone for Wingreens Farms as it expands its portfolio into an integrated farm-to-consumer platform.
The freshly raised capital will be used to expand the product portfolio, enhance distribution channels, integrate the supply chain, and sustain investments in innovation and collaborations with farmers.
