These terms govern your use of SuperLaw (superlaw.in), a legal news and analysis platform. By using SuperLaw you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What SuperLaw is — and is not

SuperLaw publishes news reporting, summaries, and editorial analysis about Indian courts, legislation, and the legal profession. Our articles are prepared with the assistance of AI tools under an editorial process, based on publicly reported developments.

SuperLaw is not legal advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice or creates an advocate–client relationship. Court orders and judgments are summarised for readability; always consult the official text and a qualified legal professional before acting on anything you read here.

2. Accuracy

We work to keep our reporting accurate and current, but the law changes quickly and summaries can contain errors or omissions. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. If you spot an error, we genuinely want to hear about it — write to us and we will review and correct promptly.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish our content at scale without permission.
• Do not use the platform to transmit malware or unlawful material.

5. Intellectual property

The SuperLaw name, design, and original editorial content are owned by SuperLaw. You may share links to our articles and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Court judgments and statutes themselves are public documents; our summaries and analysis of them are our own work.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperLaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform or its content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
