Sau is a 2016 alumna of School of Law, KIIT University.
She has a decade of experience in OTC derivatives documentation and financial regulatory matters within the investment banking industry. She specialises in negotiating and managing ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, clearing agreements and other complex trading documentation across both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Sau also advises on legal and regulatory matters relating to derivatives and financial products, with experience in negotiating and managing trading documentation, supporting business and risk teams, and collaborating with stakeholders in fast-paced banking environments.
Sau joins Deutsche Bank after a three year stint at Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Senior Legal Manager. In the past, she has been associated with leading organisations such as Morgan Stanley, HSBC, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
